"Flat out liars. I’ve mad payments and they are different on my account from what has come out of my bank. Over 5 different payments are wrong and one payment for almost $400 just gone never recorded but it came out of my bank. Every month they say I’m behind even though I pay what’s in the app both Nick and Jessica say the apps wrong. What??? They both told be that almost every month I have a double bill but can’t explain why except for that’s how billing is. Nick told me I should learn to pay my bills and we wouldn’t have this problem. I have 15 payments documented from my bank to State Farm and I’ve only had them for 13 months. If anything I’m bought up but they insist I owe more money. Anyone else have this problem with this specific branch"
